

My name is Karen Bennett
I am a qualified Health and Menopause Coach dedicated to helping women navigate the many physical and emotional changes that come with menopause. My journey into menopause coaching grew naturally from my work as a Health & Wellbeing Coach within the NHS, where I saw first hand how many women were struggling to understand what was happening to their bodies and often felt unheard or unsupported.
Through both professional training and personal experience, I have come to understand that menopause is not just a medical transition, it’s a whole life transition. My approach blends evidence-based guidance, empathy, and practical lifestyle support to help women regain confidence, balance, and vitality in this new chapter of life.
I believe that every woman’s experience is unique, which is why I take a personalised and compassionate approach, helping you make sense of your symptoms and find realistic strategies that work for your life. Whether that’s through nutrition, movement, mindset shifts, or simply being truly listened to, my role is to empower you to feel more in control and positive about your menopause journey.
