Menopause isn’t the same for everyone, and it can sometimes feel confusing, isolating, or just plain overwhelming. You don’t have to figure it out on your own.

Whether you’d like the shared support of a small, understanding group or the personalised attention of one-to-one coaching, these sessions are designed to help you make sense of what’s happening in your body, regain confidence, and start feeling more like you again.

You’ll discover practical ways to manage your symptoms, boost your wellbeing, and understand your hormones, all in a safe, supportive space where you’re listened to and truly understood.

Together, we’ll focus on helping you feel balanced, informed, and empowered as you navigate this next chapter of life.

​Groups Sessions

Menopause Collective Group - £250 for 4 Sessions

Join a small, supportive group of 6–8 women for four 90-minute sessions, designed to help you understand and navigate your menopause journey with confidence.

Sessions are available face-to-face or virtually, offering flexibility to suit your needs.

Before the programme begins, each participant will receive a complimentary 20-minute phone call to explore where they are in their menopause journey and what they hope to gain from the sessions.

This ensures that every session is tailored to the group’s unique needs, creating a personal, supportive, and empowering experience.

One-to-One Sessions

Menopause Solo Coaching - £55 per Session up to 7 sessions

Your menopause journey is unique and so is your coaching experience.
Through one-to-one sessions, you’ll receive personalised guidance, tools, and support to help you understand what’s happening in your body and take practical steps toward feeling more like yourself again.

Each session lasts 1 hour and can be held face-to-face or virtually, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for you.

Before we begin, you’ll receive a free 20-minute introductory call to explore where you are in your menopause journey and what you hope to achieve from your sessions. This helps tailor the coaching to your specific needs and goals.

Staying Connected & Supported

The Menopause Lounge

Starting in 2026, I’ll be offering free monthly virtual catch-ups open to anyone who has attended my menopause coaching sessions.

These relaxed, one-hour sessions are a chance to reconnect, share experiences, ask questions, and continue supporting each other as your menopause journey evolves.

It’s all about staying connected, keeping the conversation going, and reminding yourself that you’re not alone, we’re in this together!
