Support for Your Menopause Journey and Beyond

Menopause is different for everyone, and it can feel confusing or overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I offer both supportive group sessions and one-to-one coaching to help you understand what’s happening in your body, manage symptoms, and feel more like yourself again. In a safe, welcoming space, you’ll gain practical tools, clarity, and confidence for this stage of life.

​Groups Sessions

Menopause Collective Group - £200 for 4 Sessions

Join a small, supportive group of 6–8 women for four 90-minute sessions, designed to help you understand and navigate your menopause journey with confidence.

Sessions are available face-to-face or virtually, offering flexibility to suit your needs.

Before the programme begins, each participant will receive a complimentary 20-minute phone call to explore where they are in their menopause journey and what they hope to gain from the sessions.

This ensures that every session is tailored to the group’s unique needs, creating a personal, supportive, and empowering experience.

Lets Talk about it - together

Monthly group to contect with others - Donation payment £5. plus

A relaxed, welcoming space where real conversations about menopause can happen. This group is all about connection, understanding, and feeling heard, without judgement or pressure.

Whether you want to share your experiences or simply listen, you’ll be surrounded by others who truly “get it.” Together, we create a supportive environment to explore what’s happening, learn from each other, and feel less alone on this journey.

One-to-One Sessions

Menopause Solo Coaching - £55 per Session up to 7 sessions

Your menopause journey is unique and so is your coaching experience.
Through one-to-one sessions, you’ll receive personalised guidance, tools, and support to help you understand what’s happening in your body and take practical steps toward feeling more like yourself again.

Each session lasts 1 hour and can be held face-to-face or virtually, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for you.

Before we begin, you’ll receive a free 20-minute introductory call to explore where you are in your menopause journey and what you hope to achieve from your sessions. This helps tailor the coaching to your specific needs and goals.
