
My Approach
As both a Health, Wellbeing and Menopause Coach, I bring a holistic and evidence based approach to supporting women through midlife and beyond.
My background in health coaching has given me a deep understanding of how lifestyle choices from nutrition and movement to sleep, stress, and mindset all work together to shape overall wellbeing. Building on this, my menopause coaching qualification allows me to focus on the unique physical and emotional changes women experience during perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause.
Alongside this, I use a range of coaching techniques including NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), the GROW model, and solution-focused therapy, empowering women to reframe challenges, build resilience, and create positive, lasting change.
I have also undertaken training in Emotional Logic, which explores how our emotions connect to life changes and transitions. This understanding helps me support women in recognising the emotional side of menopause such as feelings of loss, frustration, or uncertainty and turning those emotions into insight, clarity, and purposeful action.
I continue to deepen my knowledge in exercise for menopause, recognising how movement supports bone health, strength, mood, and energy.
My approach is personalised, supportive, and realistic. I meet you where you are, helping you understand your symptoms, uncover what your body needs, and find practical ways to regain balance and confidence.
